I will be mounting the antenna to my car roof to pair with a Retevis RA25 GMRS mobile radio. The roof is asphalt shingles. Two floors plus attic - guessing the peak is 35-40ft. Its a fine little antenna and it has many farz.. Just remember that it needs a ground-plane so slap it on a cookie-pan or something.
