There is usually no smile, very little eye contact and no enthusiasm for the customer, that is not the case for Cabalas. The staff was overly accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer. Besides the great customer service, I love looking at all the displays here. There is so much to see in this store. I bought outdoor gear from Cabela’s since forever, had a black card, spent thousands of dollars there. NO MORE. Cancelled the card since the merger with Bass Pros. Products are lower quality, sales people are dumb and product availability is crappy. Some time went by and I gave them another chance. Power credit card satisfaction study, ranking fifth out of major issuers. The bank also offers 24/7 customer service and an online chat feature, making it easy to ask questions as they arise. There is usually no smile, very little eye contact and no enthusiasm for the customer, that is not the case for Cabalas. The staff was overly accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer. Besides the great customer service, I love looking at all the displays here. There is so much to see in this store. The Wichita Cabela's is located in the Regency Lakes Shopping Center at 21st Street and Greenwich Road.
