I’ve played all the Borderlands games with my wife and so far I’ve found that the most similar series is Remnant. Both 1 and 2 are great looter shooters that can be played co-op. I only got into gaming a few years ago, picked up an Xbox Series X and Borderlands 1 was one of the first games I played. I went on to play the entire series a few times.
